The pot is made of high quality polished stainless steel. The handle in black is heat resistant.
Volume: approx. 137.5 ml (measured to the valve) (note: for the same number of cups, stainless steel moka pots have approx. 60% more volume than aluminium pots)
Suitable for gas, ceramic, electric and induction hobs. However, please check first that your induction hob works for pots with this bottom diameter (9 cm). Some induction hobs only need larger diameter pots and then do not work for smaller diameter pots.
