  • Water temperature: 90 °C
  • First infusion: Infuse for 4 minutes.
  • Second and further infusions: Infuse for 5 minutes.

Preparation in gaiwan (100 ml):

  • Amount of tea: 4 grams
  • Water temperature: 95 °C
  • First infusion: Infuse for 60 seconds.
  • Additional infusions: Infuse for 60 seconds for the second and third infusions, followed by 90 seconds for the fourth infusion.
