In the case of some complaints, it is possible that it will be enough just to send a photo or video recording with a description of the problem, and there is no need to send the goods physically. Please return the goods ideally clean, dry and unworn. If the returned goods are used or incomplete (i.e. without packaging, for example), we can reduce the returned price by the cost of restoring the item to its original condition in accordance with the law and the terms and conditions. It's only logical that you wouldn't want to buy a product from someone who used it before you.
Never send the goods back to us on cash on delivery , such goods will not be accepted upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, which happens very rarely, write up a damage report with the carrier. If not, please inform us as soon as possible via the form above.
