This product was designed in Belgium and manufactured in Taiwan.
It is very simple to use and has only 4 steps. 1) Place the opener on the flat side of the used capsule. 2) Turn several times clockwise and counterclockwise. 3) Remove the opener from the capsule. 4) Use a spoon to clean the capsule of used coffee. Done :)
The opener is easy to maintain. Just rinse and let dry. In addition, it takes up almost no space. The blades will not dull over time.
