Introducing a new coffee from Nicaragua by brothers Norlan and Uriel Chavarría, with whom Mamacoffee has been working since 2018. This coffee is processed using the anaerobic method, where the coffee cherries are fermented without access to air, creating a unique flavour profile. The result is a coffee with a full body, intense flavours of rum, nougat and fermented mango. Hand-picked cherries from the El Progreso farm at 1,050m above sea level have undergone a light roasting process that brings out the long rum aftertaste. Get ready for a new taste experience!

The coffee is suitable for alternative preparations. It will get along great with AeroPress or V60.
