Brothers Norlan and Uriel are the fourth generation of coffee farmers in the Chavarría family. In addition to the farm El Progreso (10.5 ha), he also farms the farm Linda Vista (1.5 ha). Their approach to coffee cultivation shows a respect for tradition and a great effort and desire to learn new procedures, and thanks to this to improve and produce high quality coffee. They were even one of the first in their region to focus on the cultivation and processing of selected coffee. He is not even afraid to experiment ! Again, they were among the first to try other processing processes than the typical Nicaraguan washing. All innovations and new procedures are tested first on a small scale, on the Linda Vista farm. On a large scale, what has proven itself is also applied at the El Progreso farm. We are happy that thanks to our support (technical and informational) and long-term cooperation within the framework of a foreign project, there is a visible improvement not only in the quality of the coffee with each harvest.

Coffee is suitable for alternative preparations . It will get along perfectly with, for example, AeroPress or V60.
