What does the Mamacoffe roaster say about coffee?

The Dejavu espresso blend contains 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Nicaragua , which are roasted separately and mixed in the given ratio until after roasting.

archimor from the El Progreso farm in Nicaragua's Matagalpa region. We have been working with the Chavarrí brothers, who are already the fourth generation of coffee farmers, since 2018, and their approach shows respect for tradition, but also a great effort and desire to learn new procedures and produce top quality coffee. This coffee is medium-dark roasted and has a sweet milk chocolate flavor with notes of anise, cane sugar and ripe blackcurrants.

The second coffee is coffee from Brazil from our friend Paulo Toledo, it will surprise you with the taste of cocoa, hazelnut and raisins. It can also please many with its low acidity. We buy our coffee directly from the farmer Paul, with whom we have also been working for several years, which means that we avoid all coffee resellers and the coffee farmers do not lose their profit.
