The freshest coffee from Brazil from our friend Paul Toledo will surprise you with the taste of chocolate, hazelnuts and raisins. It may also please many with its low acidity. We buy our coffee directly from the farmer Paul, with whom we have been working for several years, which means we cut out all the coffee resellers and the coffee farmers do not cut into their profits.

Why do we have this coffee?

We have been working with farmer Paul Toledo for a long time and we very much appreciate his attitude towards his employees, who, in addition to basic health insurance, are paid an optional supplementary insurance, even for their entire families. In addition, he has already reimbursed several of his farmers' children for their studies, thus ensuring that they are better placed in the labour market. Paulo is interested in ways to improve coffee processing. We have already been to his farm three times for a few weeks, mapping out the local processes and working together to see where they could be improved. This is one of the reasons why we have consistently had very good quality coffee from Brazil with a balanced taste.

Recommended preparation: The potential of this coffee is best developed in espresso and mocha pots, bringing out its full creamy body.
