Why more lung ventilators?

"Some of the infected COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) will experience respiratory failure, which requires connection to a special device to support it - a pulmonary ventilator. In the Czech Republic we have about two thousand beds equipped with pulmonary ventilation, more than a third of they are occupied.

In reality, only max. with lower hundreds of units can be counted. For comparison - Germany has ordered 10,000 pieces, the United Kingdom, according to their analyzes, is missing 20,000 pieces.

If the "Italian scenario" is repeated, we will be missing hundreds of lung ventilators in the next few weeks. However, they are no longer available for purchase on the market; So all that remains is to develop and assemble the fans right here in the Czech Republic. ",
