Kaffia WDT Premium with Stand

The barista tool Kaffia WDT Premium (Weiss Distribution Technique) is a key tool for preparing the perfect espresso . Thanks to its precise design and quality workmanship, the WDT helps to evenly distribute the ground coffee in the portafilter, which contributes to perfect extraction and improves the resulting espresso taste.

It is very easy to use. Pour the ground coffee into the portafilter basket and gently rake it through the needle distributor in a circular motion to remove lumps and ensure even distribution. Finally, flatten and tamp the surface of the coffee for better and more consistent extraction.

Kaffia WDT Premium can be divided into two parts:
- In the upper part there is a needle distributor , where you can set the length of the needles according to your preferences and the depth of the precise basket.
- The lower part includes an integrated brush with fine bristles for easy cleaning and maintenance.
