Every coffee lover likes to prepare a delicious drink from freshly ground beans. In addition to initial conditions such as country of origin or altitude, the taste of coffee is influenced by several factors. A very important factor is whether it is freshly ground , so it is best to grind it just before the actual preparation and thus get the best of the taste. If you are a real connoisseur, you would never buy pre-ground coffee. This is already weathered and, moreover, may not meet the degree of grinding required for specific coffee preparation.

How to grind coffee? To grind the coffee to the correct coarseness, the coffee grinder must be set correctly. There is a difference between the types of grinders. Choppers and grinders with grinding stones are used. If you want to achieve several finely varying degrees of grinding, definitely use a grinder with grinding stones. The coffee grinder will never be as finely ground as in a hand grinder, and the coarseness will not be uniform.

Which coffee grinder to use?

  1. Use a good quality manual coffee grinder or an electric grinder with grinding stones

  2. Coffee grinders never grind coffee evenly

  3. Even though buying pre-ground coffee is not an ideal option, it is still better than using a chopper

Each method of preparing coffee requires a different type of grinding. The shorter the soaking time of the grains, the finer the grinding.
