This year's natural is fragrant, candy-like, clean, tastes of apricots, but we also recognize tangerines and of course black tea. It comes from the northern areas around the town of Gerba, where the eponymous washing station is also located. What sets this coffee apart from many others is the traceability of the producer. In this case, it is the Shonora family, which has been growing it for three decades. This producer has a very friendly relationship with its farmers and, as an employer, also sets very fair conditions. Try the V60, French press, Clever Dripper, Moccamaster without fear.
