Ecuadorian cocoa is one of the finest in the world due to its unique taste and aroma. This cocoa powder is made from unroasted Arriba Nacional cocoa beans in RAW quality, containing a minimum of 10% cocoa butter.

This unroasted cocoa powder is perfect for baking or in milk for drinks.

It is not Dutch cocoa, which is alkalinised - this process reduces the flavonoid content with antioxidant effects.

Cocoa powder is produced by pressing the cocoa mass, which separates approximately 45% of the cocoa butter. The remainder, called cocoa cake, contains about 10-12 % cocoa butter and is ground to produce cocoa powder.

NOTE: The temperature during the production of the cocoa mass, butter and powder does not exceed 42 °C, which ensures that all the nutritional properties are preserved.
