The lever is suitable for coffee machines with E61 head. Coffee machines equipped with the E61 head are renowned for their high quality and ability to maintain a stable temperature during espresso preparation. The E61 head is a heat resistant system originally developed by Faema in 1961. Since then, it has become an industry standard thanks to its excellent characteristics.
Several companies and types of coffee machines use the E61 head:
- Rocket Espresso: Mozzafiato, Giotto, and R58 models.
- Profitec: For example, the Profitec Pro 500, Pro 600, and Pro 700.
- ECM: Models such as Technique, Mechanics, and Synchronica.
- Bezzera: With models such as Mitica, Magica and Unica.
- Expobar: Including models such as Office Leva and Brewtus.
- This is not a complete list, as many coffee makers resort to the E61 head for its excellent features. When looking for a coffee maker with this head, it is advisable to carefully examine the specifications of each model, as different brands and types may offer a variety of features and build quality.
The lever is supplied with an 18g coffee filter.
